DIRECTIONS FOR USE
- Slowly pour Nano Additive into the already formulated, finished product.
- Mix gently to minimize the formation of foam. Avoid vigorous agitation as it may increase foaming unnecessarily.
- Note: The solution may initially appear cloudy (Cloud Point) but will gradually clear as it stabilizes.
- Important: Do not mix this additive with raw materials or base concentrates. It is intended for use in finished products only.
- For glass cleaning formulations, use 2–4 fluid ounces per gallon of finished product for optimal performance.
CAUTION
- Avoid eye contact. This product should not be ingested under any circumstance.
- When handling, we recommend wearing protective eyewear (e.g., safety glasses or goggles) to prevent accidental splashes.
- For prolonged use, wear chemical-resistant gloves (rubber, neoprene, nitrile).
- Remove any contaminated clothing and do not reuse until it has been thoroughly laundered.
- After handling, wash hands thoroughly with soap and water.

FIRST AID MEASURES
- Eyes: Immediately flush eyes with clean water for at least 15 minutes, lifting upper and lower eyelids occasionally. Seek medical attention if irritation persists.

- Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting. If vomiting does occur, keep the head lower than the hips to reduce the risk of aspiration. Seek emergency medical attention immediately.

Application
Step 1:
Before applying Nano Overcoat 1100, clean the surface thoroughly using EST Heavy Duty Cleaner. This step removes embedded dirt and stains and opens up the surface pores, allowing the coating to bond effectively.
Note: Always follow the instructions provided on the EST Heavy Duty Cleaner container before use.
Step 2
Apply Nano Overcoat 1100 using an airless sprayer. Ensure the surface is completely clean and dry before application. For highly porous surfaces, 2–3 coats may be needed until the surface is fully saturated. Allow 2–3 hours for the coating to fully penetrate and cure.
Coverage / Dilution
Mix 5 gallons of concentrated Nano Overcoat 1100 with 45 gallons of water to produce 50 gallons of ready-to-use solution.
Estimated Coverage:
One gallon covers approximately 1,000–1,200 square feet, depending on the porosity of the surface.
Recommended Application Frequency
Depending on the condition of the surface, Nano Overcoat 1100 can be applied once a week or every two weeks for optimal performance and protection.
NANO PRIME PREP COAT FOR BOAT BOTTOMS
Nano Prime Prep Coat is formulated for use on all types of boat bottoms and sides — including fiberglass and metal — as well as ATV bodies, jet skis, and water skis.
Note: Not recommended for wood boats.

Applications
Step 1:
Before applying Nano Prime Prep Coat, clean the surface thoroughly using Heavy Duty Fiberglass Cleaner. This removes barnacles, buildup, and stains while opening the pores to allow proper penetration and adhesion of the Prime Prep Coat.
Note: Always refer to the instructions provided on the Heavy Duty Fiberglass Cleaner container before use.
Step 2:
Apply Nano Prime Prep Coat using a brush, roller, or spray. Ensure the surface is clean and dry before starting. For porous surfaces, apply multiple coats as needed — saturate the surface fully by flooding it with product. Allow 8–10 hours for the coat to absorb and cure.
If the surface still appears wet after 10 hours, gently wipe off the excess with a dry towel, then buff lightly with a polishing pad until the surface is dry and smooth.
Coverage:
Approximately 500–900 sq. ft. per gallon, depending on the type and porosity of the existing paint. Always test a small area to estimate coverage accurately.
Step 3:
Apply Nano Tech Polish for Boats using a spray bottle. Wipe with a clean cotton towel. Apply up to three coats, if needed. Continue polishing until the surface is slick and glossy.
NANO TECH GOLF BALL POLISH

SUGGESTED APPLICATION METHODS

SUGGESTED PRETREATMENT

APPLICATION
Surface Preparation:
Before applying, remove heavy deposits of grease and grime using EST Inc. HD Nano Boat Hull Cleaner. Ensure the boat — whether new or used — is clean and completely dry.
For older boats, apply Nano Primer first to prepare the surface before applying Nano Tech Polish.
Spray and Wipe Method:
Apply the product full-strength by spraying directly onto the surface. Wipe dry with a clean, dry microfiber cloth. Turn the cloth frequently and replace it once it becomes saturated.
To enhance performance, apply two coats, then finish with a slow-speed buffer or polisher for a high-gloss effect.
Electrostatic Application:
Using an electrostatic spray gun, apply a full coat across the entire surface. Wipe away any excess wet residue with a microfiber cloth. Wait 30 minutes to 1 hour, then apply a second coat using the same method. Wipe again with a clean, dry microfiber cloth.
If any haze, residue, or uneven areas appear after two coats, lightly mist those areas again and wipe clean. Finalize the surface using a slow-speed buffer or polisher.
Reapplication:
Reapply Nano Tech Polish after each cleaning of the boat’s surface to maintain optimal protection.

Warning:

APPLICATIONS

This uniquely formulated product is designed with nano-polymeric chemistry for all automotive glass, solar panel glass, household and industrial window glass, aircraft windshield, plexi glass, polycarbonate glass and many other interior/exterior glass surfaces. Applications
This invisible nano treatment is generally applied by spraying directly on to the windshield surface and by wiping off with micro fiber or cotton cloth. Initially apply two coats for proper treatment and adhesion to the windshield surface. After the second treatment, windshield surface can be buffed with dry polishing pad. By buffing, nano polymer creates a stronger more permanent bond with the windshield surface.
Depending on the weather the water repellent nano treatment can last, as long as a year, but on average it should be reapplied every 6 months for best results. Treatment should be re-applied as soon as visibility starts to become impaired in wet weather.
Note: This nano treatment product can be sold to auto dealers, car wash and auto detailing facilities, quick oil change franchises, or any auto repair facilities. This product can be added to the existing windshield washer fluid reservoir mixed in with windshield washer fluid as a nano treatment for the windshield. This will replace the treatment every time as the washer fluid is sprayed on the windshield.
STORAGE
Store between 40 °F and 90 °F and away from direct sun light. Keep container closed when not in use.
SHELF LIFE
Stored at room temperature, shelf life is up to five years. If product is stored for long time lightly agitate or shake well before use.
