1100 GEL
1100 Gel is a high-viscosity, synthetic polymeric-nano fusion specifically designed to thicken hydrochloric acid, brines, and fresh water. Its formulation delivers excellent stability at high temperatures and offers enhanced efficiency by generating more viscosity per pound of polymer.
Widely recognized for its performance, 1100 Gel is highly effective as a friction reducer in fresh water, hydrochloric acid, and various brines. This concentrated, semi-liquid nanoparticle suspension allows for quick hydration in both fresh and brine water environments.
BENEFITS:
HANDLING:
This suspension flows easily, even in extreme cold and freezing weather. With a pour point below -10°F, the gel can be easily poured from containers or metered using positive displacement pumps — without heating or special equipment.
RAPID HYDRATION:
Full viscosity develops in 2% KCl solution within one minute at 75°F. 1100 Gel performs well in continuous mixing applications, such as slick water fracturing, even under challenging field conditions. It can be applied directly to calcium chloride brine, achieving rapid viscosity buildup.
SUSPENSION STABILITY:
Built on a proven nano-fusion formula, the base fluid system used in 1100 Gel has been successfully applied in polymer suspensions for over a decade. The gel remains stable for extended periods, with no particle settling or phase separation observed for over a year when stored under standard conditions.

MEGA FOAM -1100 (NANO-ENHANCED)
Mega Foam–1100 is a versatile air-drilling foamer engineered to generate foam in freshwater, hard water, and saturated brine environments. It is also effective for unloading water from gas wells to enhance gas production.
Treatment rates vary based on several factors, including:
- Water characteristics
- Bottom-hole pressure and gas flow rate

MF–1100 delivers a high volume of stable foam even in the presence of oil. It performs efficiently across a wide range of oilfield brines and remains effective at temperatures up to 350°F. The product is safe to handle, features a high flash point, and requires no hazardous shipping labels.
Advantages
- Powerful and efficient foaming agent
- Foams effectively in freshwater, hard water, and saturated brine
- Maintains performance in the presence of oil contamination
- Long-lasting foam with a half-life of over 5 minutes in freshwater (measured in seconds, equaling 57% of foam height in mL)
- Eliminates the need for multiple foaming agents
- VOC compliant
- High flash point ensures safe handling
- Biodegradable
- No hazardous labeling or shipping requirements
Chemistry
Although foamers are often referred to informally as “soap,” the correct term is surfactant—a surface-active agent that lowers surface tension at the air-water interface.
By reducing surface tension, surfactants trap air bubbles within a water film, decreasing the effective weight of the water and allowing pressure to displace the water column more efficiently.
MF–1100 stands out with its stable foaming and extended half-life, delivering superior air-drilling performance. While most foamers are based on alcohol ether sulfates, MF–1100 uses a unique blend of nano-complex alcohol-ether-sulfates—making it highly biodegradable.

NANO PARAFFIN DISSOLVE
Nano Paraffin Dissolve is a next-generation, nano-engineered solution formulated to dissolve and reliquefy the toughest paraffin and asphaltene deposits in oilfield operations. It leverages proprietary nano-enhanced solubilization chemistry that works at the molecular level, driving reliquefaction particles deep into hardened deposits — even those that are severely dehydrated or compacted — with minimal agitation or flow.
This breakthrough chemistry provides fast, efficient remediation of stubborn hydrocarbon-based sludges and buildups across a wide range of oilfield environments, from wellbores to flowlines and tanks.
Key Features & Benefits
- Boosts oil and gas production efficiency
- Reduces oil viscosity by up to 80%
- Minimizes under-deposit corrosion
- Cuts down on pump load and associated costs
- Speeds up pipeline and equipment cleanout
- Prevents reformation and redepositing of paraffin
- Extends operational life of flowlines and processing equipment
- No heating required for application
- No need for removal before refining
Technical Characteristics
- Appearance: Homogenous, non-viscous liquid
- Color: Light red
- Odor: Mild solvent-like scent
- Solubility: Fully soluble (100%)
- Specific Gravity: 0.78
- Flash Point: 49.4°C
- Boiling Point: 154.4°C
- pH (neat): Not applicable
Application Scope
Nano Paraffin Dissolve is highly versatile and effective in:
- Dissolving paraffin and asphaltene deposits in wells, pipelines, separators, and storage tanks
- Remediating hydrocarbon-based sludge and sediment — including distillate fuels, residual oils, lubricants, and waxy build-ups
- Reducing viscosity and increasing API gravity, improving flow characteristics and product recovery
- Typical hydrocarbon recovery rates exceed 85% of available material, with no harm to the oil — and no requirement for product removal prior to refining.
For best performance, consult your local distributor for feed rates and system-specific recommendations.
How It Works
- Hydrocarbon Liquefaction Nano-engineered particles penetrate and break down complex hydrocarbon matrices, reliquefying heavy deposits and reducing oil viscosity dramatically. As the viscosity drops, API gravity rises, making extraction and processing easier and more cost-effective.
Paraffin Reliquefact
Breaks down saturated, unbranched, acyclic hydrocarbon chains — the primary structure of paraffin — and replaces them with shorter chains to maintain fluidity. The nano particles reach deep into dehydrated and aged paraffin, ensuring a stable reliquefied state even in low temperatures.
For paraffin deposits with high mineral content, a blended treatment with Syncacid-300 Plus may be recommended for enhanced performance.
Asphaltene Reliquefaction
Replaces lost hydrocarbon chains in asphaltene deposits with stable, non-volatile chains, preventing reformation. Works effectively in surface flowlines and downhole applications.
Storage & Handling
- Handle with care — avoid ingestion or inhalation
- Use safety glasses and gloves during handling
- Do not induce vomiting if ingested
- Store in a cool, dry area away from open flame or heat sources
- Keep containers sealed when not in use
Refer to the product MSDS for detailed safety, handling, and emergency procedures.
